We’re thrilled to host Cheek by Jowl’s fun-packed, crystal clear version of one of Shakespeare’s most problematic plays, thanks to this multi-camera livestream from the Barbican. It’ll be broadcast on 19th April, at 7.30pm GMT, and will be available on Exeunt until midnight on 7th May.
Cheek by Jowl have taken a bold, democratic step by making The Winter’s Tale available for free, on media outlets across the world – with international partners including The Barbican, The Space, Arts Council England, the BBC, Spain’s El PaÃs, France’s Télérama and Sydney Morning Herald, and subtitles in English and French.
